Dutch Blonde
We started with a traditional Dutch Kuitbier recipe, 50% oats, 25% wheat, 25% malted barley, and gave it our own spin. Kim and Cam riffed on hops and used a Belgian yeast that accentuates the spicy, herbal, and earthy notes of the @admiralmaltings malt.
