With a long history of success in multiple fields, owner/brewer Jeffrey Vitalich found the craft beer industry to be the most fun and rewarding. Coming of age in the Monterey Bay Area, he found himself heavily involved in the two worlds of craft beer and wine. Thus, he has dedicated the last decade and a half to those creative outlets.
