Beers

Divenire

Italian Pilsner
Divenire pours a crystal clear and light gold hue with a big white head. Big peach, mango, and papaya hop aroma waft from the glass with assertive pine resin. A super light and crisp body harmonizes with bright carbonation and a lasting fruit forward finish and lingering bitterness. The palate features similar fantastic fresh tropical fruit flavors with subtle conifer and bitterness to balance everything out. We love style-bending at Headlands, and Italian Pilsner was right up our alley.

Yippee Ki Yay

Winter Ale
Yippee Ki Yay pours a dark chocolate hue with brilliant crimson highlights contrasted by a classic white head. Mandarin and cacao notes immediately waft from the cold glass that gain in complexity as your beer warms. A surprisingly light and crisp body is accompanied by similar orange and chocolate notes, with a hint of spice. More traditional ale notes of cracker, crust, and dark blackberry and fig round out the background. A light finish lends to a rich, but hugely approachable dark ale, great for winter, but appropriate any season. Pair with your favorite orange chocolate candy for some real fun!

Ka Pai

Hazy IPA
Ka Pai is a hazy golden orange. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit and sweet citrus fruits dominate, with subtle notes of light caramel malt behind. This beer finishes dry, and showcases two New Zealand grown hops, Moutere and Waimea.

Solar Sour

Pomegranate Sour Ale
Our Solar Sours balance fresh crisp acidity with robust ripe tropical fruit flavors. Seriously good beers that don’t take themselves too seriously. With a pilsner and wheat malt backbone, a touch of hop bitterness, and some seriousness tartness from co-fermentation with pomegranate purée and juice, your taste buds will be singing.

Toucan

Nitro Dry Irish Stout
Toucan is pouring through the nitro faucet and is a beautiful black with ruby and amber highlights. A hint more hop character in the nose than other classics, and flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, the creamy mouthfeel finishes extremely dry and makes you ready for more.
