TIPA
Fresh Can Alert! Three Squared Triple IPA drops this Thursday! This is a big, old school West Coast Triple IPA, featuring everything in 3’s. It’s brewed with 3 different malts from our friends at @admiralmaltings and 3 hops, Warrior, Columbus and double dry hopped with Cascade. It clocks in at 9.9% ABV and 66 IBU. It’s bitter, but features our signature smoothness. Notes of citrus and toffee greet your nose. Faint tropical fruit, pine resin, caramel and a hint of roast hit your palate and lead into a firm, earthy bitterness that lingers.

Ube Illin

Ube Illin is one of the more unique beers that we make. It’s a Wheat Wine made with 100% California grown wheat and barley, malted by our friends at @admiralmaltings. We add ube and coconut to emulate the flavor and aroma of ube cake and ice cream. What’s ube, you ask? It’s a purple sweet potato that is commonly used to make Filipino desserts! The ube imparts a lightly sweet and earthy flavor that is enhanced by the coconut. The foam is like purple cotton candy and the beer finishes dry.

Flow

DH WC IPA
It’s our dry hopped citra & mosaic old school style IPA. It’s bitter, but won’t wreck your palate. The malt backbone features notes of caramel and bread crust. The hops create a perfectly balanced melon, citrus and pine flavor and aroma.
